These terms apply to beecogreenbag.com, the website of Be Eco Green, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this website
This site gives information about our compostable and biodegradable bags and lets businesses contact us for a quote. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. An order is confirmed only when we both agree on it in writing, for example in a quotation, invoice, email or WhatsApp message.
Prices and quotes
- Prices shown on the site are starting prices per bag, for guidance. The final price depends on size, thickness, quantity, printing and delivery, and is set out in your quote.
- Unless the quote says otherwise, prices are in Indian rupees (₹), and taxes such as GST and delivery charges may be added.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, please check with us before ordering, as material costs can change.
- Payment terms, minimum quantities and delivery times are agreed for each order.
Product information
We describe our bags as accurately as we can. Colours in photos may look different on your screen, and sizes, thickness and print can vary slightly from batch to batch, as is normal for made-to-order packaging. If an exact detail matters to you, ask us, and we will confirm it in writing before you order.
Our bags are designed to break down in composting conditions. How quickly that happens depends on the conditions they end up in, such as heat, moisture and the type of composting. Please store bags in a cool, dry place and use them within a reasonable time.
Printing and artwork
If you ask us to print your logo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Please check proofs carefully: we print what you approve. We do not claim any ownership of your artwork and use it only for your order.
Orders, delivery and issues
We deliver across India. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather and other things outside our control. If something is wrong with your order, please tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos where possible, and we will work with you to put it right. Because bags are made and printed to order, we cannot accept returns of printed bags that match the approved proof.
Using the site
Please use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break, overload or misuse it, or send spam or harmful content through the quote form.
